2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
- The return request is raised within 2 days of delivery
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
- Proof of defect (such as images or videos) is provided
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@bitcontrolsolutions.com with your order details and product images
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Clearly mention the RMA number on the return package
4. Replacement Policy
Products are eligible for free replacement in case of manufacturing defects, subject to verification.
- Replacement will be processed after inspection of the returned item
- If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued
5. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation
- Electrical faults or external damage not related to manufacturing defects
- Products returned without original packaging
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only under the following circumstances:
- Product is defective and replacement is not available
- Product is not available after order confirmation
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Cancellation is requested before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email
- Payment gateway charges, if any, may be deducted

- Customers are responsible for proper installation and usage of products
- We are not liable for damages caused due to improper installation
